Login to the app

Admin and Users can login with Email & Password, Continue with Google.

Open your dashboard

After login, the app shows the correct dashboard based on your role: Admin or Resident/User.

Admin creates notices and updates complaint status. Users view notices and create complaints.

Both Admin and Users can ask housing society related questions to the AI assistant.

Purpose of Application

The app is used for notices, complaint tracking, profiles, AI legal information and society administration.

User Roles

There are two main roles: Admin and Resident/User. Admin has more control. Users have simple access.

Admin Dashboard Guide

  • Create, publish, edit and delete notices.
  • View all complaints and update status.
  • Train AI using Gemini API key, society rules and legal documents.
  • Chat with AI and manage profile settings.

User Dashboard Guide

  • View, search and filter notices.
  • Create complaints like electrical, plumbing, water leakage or lift issue.
  • Track complaint history and status.
  • Chat with AI

Complaint Status Flow

Complaint status moves in a clear sequence: Pending → In Progress → Resolved.

Admin AI Model Training

Admin can add Gemini API key and train the AI context with society rules, legal documents, meeting details and helpful resources.

Profile Section

Admin and Users can update profile, change password and manage settings.
